Civil Material Consumption
(Part-3)
here we have learn about Material consumption & Rate analysis of M 10, P.C.C (1:3:6)
Quantity of Cement Sand and Aggregate needed per bag of cement as per IS 456 Code
M 10 (1:3:6) material consumption
Dry concrete 52% extra
cement concrete volume 1 m3
dry volume = 1.52 m3
total volume = 1+3+6 = 10
for Cement = (1/10)*1.52= 0.152 m3
for weight = 0.152 x 1440 (density ) = 218.88 kg.
sand = (3/10)*1.52 = 0.456 m3
for weight = 0.456 x 1600 (density) = 729.6 kg.
Aggregate = (6/10)*1.52 = 0.912 m3
for weight = 0.912 x 1600 (density) = 1459.2 kg
Density of P.C.C = 2400
Now we have calculate all the material calculation and verify with P.C.C density = 218.88 + 729.6 + 1459.2 = 2407.68 (o.k)
